DMCA Policy
Last Updated On: February 2026
Welcome to The Bingespace. We respect and honor the rights of content creators and copyright owners. If you believe that any content on this site infringes your copyright, please read the following information very carefully and contact us as described on this page.
What Is DMCA Policy
A DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) policy explains how copyright owners can ask for their content to be removed if they believe it has been used without permission. It sets clear steps for sending a takedown request and for how this website will respond. This helps protect creators’ rights and keeps this site legally compliant.
What This Policy Covers
- This policy applies to all content on this blog — images, posters, screenshots, text, graphics, and any other media.
- We sometimes use promotional images, stills, posters, or screenshots from dramas and series purely for purposes of commentary, criticism, review, and discussion.
- We do not claim ownership of copyrighted media that belong to broadcasting and production companies, distribution partners, studios, or rights holders.
- If you own rights to certain content that appears here and you believe that its use violates your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. This includes — but is not limited to — posters, stills, images, or any media you hold rights to.
- Although the content on this blog is used in accordance with fair use principles and no copyright infringement is intended, we respect the decision of the rights holder and are willing to remove the content upon verification.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
- All custom graphics and featured images on this blog are original creations by The Bingespace, unless otherwise noted.
- While the design and composition belong to us, any screenshots or official stills used within those designs remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
- Please do not reuse, resell, or redistribute our custom graphics without permission. Unauthorized use of any graphics owned by The Bingespace may result in appropriate action under our site policies and applicable copyright laws.
How to Submit A DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and you wish to remove certain content that you believe violates your rights, kindly send us an email with your request. We expect your email to contain the following information:
- Your full name or company name
- A way to contact you (email or address)
- A clear description of the copyrighted material
- The exact URL(s) where the material appears on this blog
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate
- Your electronic or physical signature
Send the aforementioned details to thebingespace@gmail.com. Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.
What Happens After You Send A DMCA Notice
Once a valid DMCA Notice is received:
- The content will be reviewed immediately.
- If the claim is valid, the material will be removed promptly.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you after action is taken.
Most issues are resolved quickly and professionally, within 48-72 hours.
Counter-Notice (Applicable Only For Site Owner)
If you believe a DMCA takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. A counter-notice is a legal request asking your hosting provider to restore the content. Submit a counter-notice with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content (URL, description)
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country or in the United States
Once your counter-notice is received, it will be forwarded to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action to block restoration within 10–14 business days, the hosting provider may restore the removed content as required under DMCA regulations.
What You Can Expect From Us
- The purpose of this blog is to share reviews, support creators, and celebrate storytelling and therefore any media present here is only intended to enhance and illustrate the blog’s content for better readership.
- If you ever feel that the content here unintentionally violates your rights, please reach out — we are happy to resolve it respectfully.
- We will respond to any valid DMCA notice as soon as possible.
- We do not seek permission to use copyrighted media that falls under fair use principles; however, if a rights holder asks us to remove content, we will remove it quickly.
- If you repeatedly abuse the DMCA process, we may block further contact attempts.
- We may update this policy from time to time to comply with the recent DMCA guidelines and we would clearly mention the date of the latest update.
